Language Preferences, Sending Identity, and Easier Contact Imports

Content-language preferences

We added content-language preferences for companies, Agents, and contacts. You can choose English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German to establish defaults for your records. CRM integrations and imports all support contact language, and coming soon your email sends can send the correct language version to each recipient!

Individual or Team sending identity

We added an Individual or Team sending preference to Agent account settings. Agents can update this setting, and coming soon Admins will be able to configure both an individual and a team version for automation events in their brokerage!

Bug Fixes

  • Faster contact-import startup: We reduced repeated setup when opening and reopening the importer and added clearer loading feedback.

  • Preserved unsubscribe choices: We updated CRM synchronization and imports so contact unsubscribes are handled consistently.

  • Smoother brand marketing workflows: We corrected PDF exports, missing articles in test emails, public links, eligible listing displays, and publishing retries.

  • Consistent signup defaults: We fixed new-company signup so brand listing-link preferences apply correctly.

  • Reliable administration controls: We fixed group updates and Agent CRM ID editing with BoldTrail enabled for a brokerage.
