System Enhancements

• Adjust CRM Sync Timing: Modified CRM sync logic to evenly distribute processes over a 24-hour period, ensuring more efficient syncing times for users.

• Priority Sync for Manual Requests: Manual syncs initiated by agents will now take priority, reducing wait times for sync completion.

Brokerage-Level BoldTrail Integration

• Roster and CRM integration: Company Admins can now connect their BoldTrail CRM system to enable seamless roster and contact syncs. Roster integration provides quick profile syncing when creating an Agent’s account, and Agents can automatically sync contacts to rezora.

• Manual Roster Data Sync: Admins are provided an option to manually sync roster data for agents, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Bug Fixes

• Pending Cancellation Typo: The confirmation message when cancelling a subscription contained a typo.

• Contact Sync Multiple Events: Resolved occasional issues causing multiple "New Contact" automation events during sync.
