New Features:

Smart Check

We added Smart Check to the Zephyr Builder so users can review and fix all deliverability and accessibility issues before they send. Users can hover over and select flagged items, and the builder scrolls to the right content, highlights it, and opens the relevant settings so fixes are easier to make in context.

Canva Integration

We added Canva integration so users can connect their Canva account to rezora and bring Canva designs directly into the Zephyr Builder. Users can open Canva from inside the builder, browse their existing designs, make edits in Canva, and then import the selected design back into their email content. This gives users a smoother way to move creative work from Canva into rezora without bouncing between separate workflows.

Share with Agent

We added a Share feature that lets agents send a copy of their marketing piece directly to another agent in the same brokerage. When an Agent shares a marketing piece, the recipient receives an email with a preview of the marketing piece and an Accept option. After accepting, they receive a copy of the original marketing piece in their account that they can edit and send.

Brokerage subscription renewal notifications

We added an option for brokerages to receive an email notification whenever a brokerage subscription renews. When enabled, rezora sends the billing contact an email that includes renewal details and a link to download the invoice PDF for the transaction. This gives brokerages a simpler way to stay on top of subscription billing and quickly access the documentation they need for accounting or recordkeeping.

Improvements:

• Expanded CRM access for agents: We expanded CRM access so agents can connect any available CRM integration in their rezora account from the Apps & Integrations page, giving them more flexibility in how they manage contacts and marketing workflows.

• Zephyr Builder header refresh: We refreshed the Zephyr Builder experience with a cleaner header, clearer save states, better preview behavior, and smoother test-email interactions.

• Dynamic Tags improvements: We improved the Dynamic Tags modal with clearer labels, better alignment, logo previews, and more consistent styling to make personalization easier inside the builder.

• Better handling of non-deliverable contacts: We updated contact imports and CRM syncs to not block non-deliverable email addresses, and we made the related messaging and filtering clearer along the way.

Bug Fixes

• Backend maintenance fixes — We updated CRM, Listing Import, and other backend processes to improve stability and efficiency behind the scenes.

Cloze Integration

• Agents can now connect their Cloze account to rezora, and sync their contacts.

• Tags, Segments, and Stages all sync to rezora as distribution lists.

• Engagement metrics like sends, opens, and clicks sync back to Cloze.

Preheader Text for Emails

• Users can now customize the Preheader text for all emails sent to their contacts! This can be set for both templates and marketing pieces, and this short preview text appears after the subject line in most inboxes, and helps encourage opens.

• The subject line and preheader can also be edited in the email editor for a template or marketing piece, under the main “Settings” tab.

• Removed the default "View on web" preheader, replacing it with a dynamic template tag option.

Enhancements

• CRM Sync Improvements:

  • Updated CRM sync behavior so contacts and lists refresh reliably and at scale.

  • Added protections against excessively large CRM sync operations.

  • Improved email metric push to CRMs to be more stable.

• Brand Admins can now view metrics reporting for all templates in their brand, including send, open, and click statistics.

Fixes and Updates

• Fixed an issue causing some users to see an error when signing up via an SSO integration

• Fixed an issue preventing Company Admins from seeing the correct form when subscribing to an MLS

• Updated MLS imports to more reliably capture all listing changes

• Updated API endpoints to be compatible with additional CRMs

Viewed Integration

• The new “Viewed” integration is now available in our email editor! Users can add a “Viewed” view to a template or marketing email, and recipients can play the video in their email inbox.

CRM and Roster Integration Enhancements

• Office Integration Enhancement: Updated office integrations with non-unique shop names to include city and state information.

• CRM Sync Enhancements: Further improved performance and scalability of the CRM syncing process.

• Roster Integration Enhancement: Admins can now view and enable their Roster Contacts lists on the Contacts page of their Agent profile.

Bug Fixes

• Contact Count Accuracy: Resolved discrepancies in the count of filtered contacts displayed in the Options menu.

• BoldTrail CRM Connection: Addressed interruptions in CRM syncs caused by unexpected data formatting.

• BoldTrail CRM Engagement Reporting: Fixed an issue resulting in some engagement data not being reported back to the Agent’s BoldTrail account.

• Thumbnail Fix: Fixed an issue where thumbnails didn't display correctly on marketing piece previews.

• Agent search duplication: Fixed an issue where some Agents could appear twice when searching for them on the Agents page as an Admin.

New Feature: Roster Contacts

• Company and Brand Admins with access to a roster integration can now enable a “Roster Contacts” list in their connected Agent profile. This list is automatically synced from roster data, allowing for easy marketing and communication with your Agents.

New Feature: Commenting

• Users can view and add comments to content the email editor, helping teams to collaborate on marketing content and give direct feedback.

Improved Integration Options

• Updated the Lofty integration to only synchronize contacts assigned to the authenticated user.

• We now support new listing link options using a combination off the Agent’s or Brokerage’s website and listing data.

Bug Fixes and Adjustments

• Dynamic tag replacement is now not case sensitive.

• Adjusted the "Display Website" tag to correctly implement company fallback URLs.

• New Agent accounts now correctly have their self contact added to the Primary Sphere.

• Agent account email addresses containing special characters now correctly appear in Agents page searches.

• Fixed an edge-case causing some Agents to receive multiple “new contact” automation events.

Visual and Accessibility Updates

BoldTrail Integrations

• BoldTrail Roster Integration: Brokerages can now implement an improved integration to automatically populate Agent profile information and MLS IDs during signup.

• BoldTrail SSO Integration: This brokerage-level integration also provides Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for their Agents in BoldTrail.

Subscription and Signup Improvements

• Subscription Signup Page Update: Users can now sign up for multiple subscriptions with different billing cadences.

• MLS Subscription Increment Fix: Resolved an issue where the first unit was not correctly incremented during initial MLS subscription setup.

• Account Signup Brand Selection Corrected: Fixed an issue which allowed Agents to bypass brand selection during sign-up.

• Template Access Scheduling Issue Resolved: Fixed a scenario where updating template access could result in emails being sent for an Agent after the scheduled time.

• BoldTrail CRM Integration: Agents can now connect their BoldTrail accounts to rezora. This integration facilitates syncing of contacts and hashtags as distribution lists while also sending engagement data (i.e., sends, opens, clicks) back to BoldTrail.

• BombBomb Integration: All users can now add their BombBomb videos to their email templates and marketing pieces! Or, you can quickly record a new video in the editor, customize it, and add it immediately.

Enhancements

• Flexible Admin Management: Brand, Company, and Group Admin accounts can now have a connected Agent profile, allowing for quick access to your direct marketing.

• Sphere Update Notifications: Company Admins can choose whether to notify all users within their brokerage during Sphere updates.

• Improved Agent-Level API Functionality: Removed the requirement for associating third party vendors with the Agent's brokerage system.
